THE PRINCIPALITY OF of Monaco, during the Formula 1 Grand Prix is undoubtedly transformed into the world capital of motor racing. It was in this gathering of sport that the Venturi Fetish took its first laps with the former French Formula 1 driver, Jacques Laffite at the wheel.
During these first demonstration laps, Jacques Laffite found the Concept Car “responsive, light and sporty” to drive. As he introduced the car to the public on the historic circuit for French Television’s TF1, he also made Fetish, for it’s first outing, the most televised automobile with over 34 cameras both onboard and trackside.

FRENCH VENTURI IS ready to meet the sports car world with a new concept: The super light weight Elise-like Venturi Fetish.
First displayed at this years Geneva Show with a 4-cylinder inline engine – but when the car is ready for production from the 2002 Paris Show the car will come with a 2-cyl 800 cc to keep weight down, really down, the Frenchmen explains.
