THIS YEARS SHOW car from German Zender is a tribute to the classic sports car, the 2-seater roadster with a powerful front engine and rear-wheel drive.

Straight 8 is the eighth show car in a row from the tuning company starting with the chocking mid engine, Ferrari-looking Fact 1; this is the very reason why it is called Straight 8. The engine is actually a straight 6 from BMW; the total car is technically based on the BMW M Roadster with a – yes, straight 6 321 bhp engine.

Have another look at the design of the headlights; it is almost similar to the headlights at the coming Nissan Skyline GT-R. Perhaps this is more than just a coincident – this might be the trend the coming years.
