Former Formula 3000-driver, now Danish saloon car front-runner Jason Watt has just set a new World Speed Record at the Mercedes-Benz test track in Papenburg, Germany.
The Record – step-by-step:
1. Acceleration from the start point
2. Into the first bend at 254 km/h
3. Full throttle out of the bend, down the straight – 315 km/h
4. Into next bend with 315 km/h
5. Down into 4. gear – acceleration to 322 km/h
6. Next gear – Record 338 km/h
