Motor Show Special: Toyota MR2

FROM A BOY RACER to the serious Drivers Car. The 2002 MR2 looks just like the current version, but the next-generation Japanese midengine sports car is another type of vehicle.

Engine is the same, but just listen: It comes with a 6-speed paddle gearshift, it now has difflock., the suspension is stiffer and now mounted in stiffer rubber and finally, the wheels are bigger.

No more Mr. Nice Guy, from now on the MR2 is a – the tech specs are promising – a true Handling Car.
