FINALLY, HERE THEY are the Smart Coupé and Roadster. We did wait for a very long time, but in Paris they are unveiled, the Smart Coupé and the Smart Roadster – the very same car, but with two different names following the body design.

Basis idea is the very same as for the Smart in all the different versions. Low weight, very low weight as a matter of facts, short wheelbase, big wheel, 3-cyl. power unit etc. This time combined with true sports car lines.

With an output of 80 bhp and a kerb weight of 790 kg the car must be more than good looking, it simply must be pretty fast.

Low weight combined with short wheelbase, big wheels and the four wheels pushed out en the very corners of the car might even give some karting feeling.
