   First drive: The Verdict!
10. The Verdict!

2. OPINION Mick Finn

”The MG-ZT 190 is a very firm riding, but still comfortable sporting motor
car capable of carrying a family. With its sexy wheels, body kit and rear
wing it also looks the business. More importantly though, it really delivers the goods. Performance, handling, without "sissy" traction control to spoil
your fun - it's a drivers car. The ZT's great cornering manners make it – to my taste - one of the best handling front wheel drive cars around. With well spaced ratios allowing you to make good use of the 190 hp the 2.5 litre V6 delivers, that brilliant Getrag 'box is smoother than a knife through butter”.

2. OPINION Flemming Haslund

”That car looks great, I said to my self when I saw the ZT 190 for the very first time: Big wheels, lowered suspension, wings and everything. And from doing the first news article I knew it delivers 190 hp. Today I still like it – fine handling, and a revy engine. But the Ford Mondeo ST220 has a better torque-band and the Ford handling is sharper”.
